Folio Nº 1 — L'heure bleue
verane.
Portraits, in confidence.
Montréal — et ailleurs.

A studio of one
I photograph people the way blue hour photographs a city — slowly, kindly, and only once the noise has gone home.
Verane is a private practice, not a production line. A handful of sittings each season, one subject at a time, edited by hand and printed on paper worth keeping. Most of my work is never published; it belongs to the person in it.
What you will find here is the part I am allowed to show — and a quiet room, Le Salon, for the part I share only with members.
